Terms of Sale and Information:

    - Minimum Orders: $25.00/Orders. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged for under
      minimum order. Orders may be placed by fax, e-mail, or phone. Please include: Name,
      Address, Phone Number, Credit Card Number, Zip Code, Expiration Date, on all
      orders faxed or e-mailed to us.

    - Pick Up Orders: Please call or fax your pick up orders 24 hours prior to pick up.

    - Returns and Shortages: Edible products may not be returned. A 25% restocking fee
      may be assessed on returned items. Damages must be reported first to carrier and then
      to Cakes Plus. Shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
      Please check carton and packing material carefully as small items can be overlooked.
      *Remember- All food products, including chocolate, are shipped at customer's own risk
      and are not guaranteed against weather relate damages (melting or deterioration).

    - Please report, to Cakes Plus, any shortages, overcharges, incorrect items and defective
      merchandise received from us upon receipt of the invoice. We will determine whether an
      invoicing or packing error has occurred and whether all boxes shipped were received. We
      will then credit or replace the product, as you prefer.
      Items (other than Food Products) that do not meet your satisfaction, may be returned to
      us IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. Items must be in original condition and packaging,
      packed carefully within another carton (where applicable) and returned at your expense.
      A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. FOOD PRODUCTS MAY NOT
      BE RETURNED.

DAMAGES:
    - In case of any damages call UPS, which is our carrier. To report any damages call
      800-742-5877. Please save the tracking number (top of the box) and the dollar value of
      the damaged goods. You must keep the original shipping carton and all the packing.
      We will issue you a credit or replacement upon notification.

Shipping Charges:
    - Shipping charges are done by the weight of all the purchased products.
