Nina goes as far as to study the actual flower, taking it apart to make the pattern for her creations.
"We can do any kind of flower out of sugar. In fact, most people that have never seen these flowers believe they are made out of porcelain," said Nina.

Cakes Plus also has bridal accessories that are created entirely out of sugar. As seen here, the head-piece and hand corsage are completely made out of sugar. Other items available with sugar decorations are: cake knives and servers, bottle garnishes, toasting glasses, cake toppers, centerpieces and party favors.

Orders:  We recommend placing orders two to three weeks in advanced.  Sugar flowers are made of edible material however, they are not meant for consumption.  Most of the flowers have wires for easy flexibility and a natural look. 

Shipping: We ship in and out of state.  In doing so we take good care in making sure our sugar flowers reach you in one piece.  However, we can not guarantee during the shipping process the flowers will arrive without any damage or breakage. To fix a broken or damaged flower we recommend using royal icing. Simply color the royal icing the same color as the flower so as to hide the union. Reattach and allow the flower to dry.
